At Shona's Style, we want you to love every piece you wear, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
